Malaysia Housing Cooperative Berhad was originally established under the Co-operative Societies Act 1948 on 14 November 1989, as a District Co-operative with its area of operation covering the Setapak District, Kuala Lumpur.
On 27 February 1997, the Co-operative’s By-Laws were registered under the Co-operative Societies Act 1993, and its area of operation was approved to cover the entire country of Malaysia. We are governed by Surahanjaya Malaysian Cooperatives and proud member of Bank Rakyat, Space and Police.
