ABOUT US
Malaysia Housing Cooperative Berhad was originally established under the Co-operative Societies Act 1948 on 14 November 1989, as a District Co-operative with its area of operation covering the Setapak District, Kuala Lumpur.
On 27 February 1997, the Co-operative’s By-Laws were registered under the Co-operative Societies Act 1993, and its area of operation was approved to cover the entire country of
Malaysia.
It operates under the supervision of the Malaysian Co-operative Commission, Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Co-operatives.
OBJECTIVE OF THE CO-OPERATIVE:
To enhance the economic interests of its members in accordance with co-operative principles.
PURPOSE OF THE CO-OPERATIVE:
To carry out housing and transportation activities.
